Why not resolve to add more whole grains to your diet?

Many home cooks have little experience preparing grains beyond rice and oats, which aren’t whole grains.

“There is a common misconception that eating processed products made from whole grains is the same as eating whole grains,” said Adrienne Raimo, a registered dietitian and holistic health and wellness coach who practices in Columbus.
