The DPP Group Lifestyle Balance™ (GLB) Program curriculum is approved for application to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program.
The DPP GLB program curriculum, available to non-profit organizations at NO COST, includes:
• Complete Leader’s Guide
• Participant Handout Manual of Operations for all 22 sessions in English and Spanish.
• The entire curriculum, which includes 1 year of educational materials delivered in 22 sessions.
In order to fully understand the DPP GLB Program and to promote success in delivery of the program in your setting, we strongly encourage you to participate in a two-day DPP GLB training workshop before implementing the program. Training is required for those planning to apply for CDC Recognition.
